  Ocolour Technologies Co., Limited is a professional manufacturer specialized in the research development, manufacturing, sales and service of taxi led display. Ocolour apply in high technology and aims to offer good-quality led displays. Started in 2008, and located in Bao’an District which is the most important innovation center of Shenzhen.

  Since established, we collected a lot of experienced engineers, production line supervisors and solution providing engineers to form our team. Now we have over 160 employees, 30 of them are qualified engineers who were worked in digital led display industry for over 10 years. With over 3000 square meters screens output per month, we have the capacity to satisfy our clients and provide more stable quality led displays. We have automatic surface-mounted technology equipment. With the qualified engineers and strict testing systems, we make sure that quality of the led display is guaranteed.

  We hold the concept that consistent quality and stability are the major principle. Therefore, we carry out our production according to the standards of ISO9001: 2008 Quality Management System. Meanwhile, we got the ISO 14001:2004 Environment Management System Certificate. The products of LED Display, LED Screens and LED Signs awarded international certificates, such as, UL, CE, ETL, RoHS, CCC, and TUV. Moreover, we carry out 7S Management and strictly manage the production process and quality inspection, which make us earn a great deal of reputation both at home and abroad.

2008

March 2008  Ocolour was founded in Shajing, Which is in the Bao'an District of Shenzhen;

Septempber 2008  Our high definition led display was honored as high technology product by Shenzhen;

2009

April 2009  We gained ISO14001: 2004 certificate;

October 2009  We achieved ISO9001:2008 quality management system

2010

January 2010  We obtained ETL certificate;

June 2010  We gained RoHS and CCC certificates;

2011

October 2011  Oversea sales department was moved into Jingdacheng building, expanding fast ever since;

2012

January 2012  We move into Foyong Town and had 100 staffs;

June 2012  We obtained TUV certificate;

2013 

June 2013  We moved into 6000 square meters new production base;

October 2013  We gained 8 patent certificates and 1 innovation patent certificate;

2014

July 2014 We were awarded as Shenzhen High Technology enterprise.

Customer First Service Principle:

  We understand that our customers need Before-Sales Service, in-Sales Service, after-Sales Service. It is needed to train the clients and turn them to experts of led display on condition they require. Therefore, we will spare no efforts to feedback information in time.

Installation Principle:

  Qualified engineers will be sent to carry out the site installation accordance with the detailed demands of the clients. 

Maintenance:

Maintenance principles: response in time and solve the problems as soon as possible

Maintenance period: within the maintenance period of the led display body, all maintenance charges are free;    after maintenance period, only charge the material costs

After-sale service: regular maintenance, revisit

Warranty Terms:

1. Spare Parts Warranty

Each order, we will provide 1% spare parts to the customers for immediately local service, such as, power supply units, fans, modules, cables, plastic covers, led lamps and so on.

2. Whole body warranty

The buyer receives a limited 2 year to 3 years whole body warranty according to the led display quality rank they bought. An extended 2 year whole body warranty can be received upon completion of the extended warranty form.
